I mean I see drama no matter where you go and does not always come from relationships. I see it come from friends over not the most serious things that happens. Also a random student not knowing the other student can say negative comments to that student which can become a huge issue. Rumors are a big part of drama as friends talk be hide each other backs and false information gets spread around and everyone say a statement that becomes false or switch around. Therefore, drama can start for no reason as simple as people just do not know how to respect others. Drama is established by several factors. There are several solutions for the drama to vanish as there are counselor who you can talk about the issue and give you solutions. The students can talk to the ra to a certain extend. The ra always have activities that involve ways to bring the students together and get to know them before they judge them. Therefore, show them you can't judge a person by their looks or the way they dress.
