There are four dorms on campus: Anderson and McGregor (female), and Howerton and Davis (male). McGregor and Davis are the upperclassman dorms, though some underclassmen do live in them. All four dorms have socials, Bible studies, and convocations led by the RAs (resident assistants) and/or an RD (resident director). These range in topic and activity, from sex talks with a speaker to dinnertime games with the RAs. These are held both by floor and by the entire dorm, in addition to occasional mandatory dorm meetings and fire drills with the RAs and RD.
The housekeeping and maintenance teams are responsible for each dorm. Housekeeping cleans everything but the rooms, and maintenance is available upon request for leaky faucets, clogged sinks, or any other problems. Mold is an issue in some of the buildings, though measures are being taken by the administration to remove the problem. The dorms are all within an easy walking distance from every other building due to the small campus size, which is convenient for going to classes, chapel, and advising meetings. The room sizes vary by dorm, as do the bathrooms; for example, Anderson rooms all have private bathrooms, whereas Howerton has a mix of private and suite-style bathrooms for all of the rooms. Anderson is the most convenient for wheelchair accessibility, featuring both a ramp to the dorm door and an elevator within; it is one of three buildings on campus with an elevator, including the library and Belk Campus Center.
