I love living in alt because it's so close to all my classes and the dining area.

Some dorms are a little run-down, but they're working on and extensive renovation process!

Things appear to be changing at MSU, upperclassmen can now stay in the same room, which is nice. I have had good experiences with housing, although there never seem to be enough laundry facilities, at least they are free! I have only lived in 4-person dorms like East and West Mignon, I hear 2-person dorms can really suck, especially Cartmel with the 16 floors and constant pulled fire alarms! That is way too many stairs at 2am!

Morehead offers many housing options such as doubles, suites, and athletic halls. The suites accommodate four people, so they are the biggest rooms on campus. Be prepared to live with three others as opposed to one. Suites include Nunn Hall, Mignon Tower, East Mignon, and newly refurbished West Mignon. The Mignons are the better choices as Nunn is the furthest from classes but it is built into a hill so the view is amazing. Doubles include Alumni, which is for mostly upperclassmen, Butler, Cartmell, Fields, Thompson, and Cooper. Cooper isn't the best idea, in fact, most try to avoid it. The best part about Cooper is the active lobby. Thompson is mainly for athletes and foreign students.

Rooms are decent and access to the hall kitchen, bathroom and laundry is good.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
