School Spirit
Mount Holyoke students have plenty of school spirit. Most of the time, it's not of the variety you'd find at large coed school football games, with people waving banners, cheering, and painting their faces with the school colors. It's more of a low-key, but constant, presence. MHC is unique in so many ways, and those who aren't turned off by it come to love the school with a passion. Loyalty runs strong. (This also applies to alumnae.) You'll see students actually buying and wearing items from the school store that have the school name on them. Even when criticizing aspects of the school, students are doing it because they love it and want it to be the best it can be.
Getting Tickets
There is no need to get tickets. Anyone can come to watch a home event.
Best Place to Take a Walk
The paths around Upper Lake are the best places to walk. Also, try the cross-country course.

Orchards Golf Course became famous in the summer of 2004, when Mount Holyoke hosted the U.S. Women's Open.
