First off the professors here at the school are awesome. Each professor I have ever had knows their professional area really well. I believe I had some of the best professors. The class registration is a easy one, two and three step process. The school has a chart on what you can take after finishing courses marked off the chart you are given. The programs that are used here at the school are Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Maya, and Flash.

I'm enrolled as a graphic design major. My program here at the school would have to be the second toughest program. The design classes can be easy than they can be tough. However, it all shows in the work you submit and the time you have spent on your designs. The workload for the design classes can be overwhelming, but it depends on how you approach it. For instance, you gotta be pumped up for your idea. The internships and job opportunities are a constant reminder on campus.

My reason for going to this school was because the faculty really pays attention to you. After my first week of school I got a person call from admissions asking how my first day was. That was nice of them to care how my first day went. The teachings here is awesome, I had ran into some trouble with a class and I had a personal tutor session from the Dean himself. He took time to realize my problem and help me excel in the class with a passing grade. The scheduling here at the school is pretty flexible. You either have a choice to come and grab a morning class or afternoon class. The only frustrations I have gotten at the school is the attendance policy. Sometimes in life personal situations come up and school needs to be on pause for a moment. Even though I personally kept contact with the professors I was still put out of the class. That is the only problem I have. Everything else is great. It is a small campus there is no campus fee for parking. Overall good school

The professors work with the students that want to learn the criteria. My experience was superb and would love to learn more from them in future classes.

I absolutely love the professors that have taught me. I have interacted with most of them, and they were happy to tell me more than what was required for them to teach.

There are always posts on the bulletin board in the lobby with chances for internships and events that will help the student network with the major they are in. The career services are always there to help you in building what a resume and what you need to qualify for a job. My only complaints is that the requirements for the internships I have mentioned is that the there are no entry level jobs that the school posts about to get started.

The computer lab is always available to students who need to get caught up with their work. There are about 3 different classrooms and the library which all contain accessible computers for whichever need the student may come across. The school gives the option to print whenever you'd like to rather than taking it out of your college funds. I find this option very beneficial to saving money since students may not need to print for an entire term. The network is mediocre at best. Most devices will connect to the wireless system, but with so many students using the internet, it can drag on loading pages.

Mt. Sierra College is a private college that bases it's studies on arts, and comparing to other private art colleges, you won't find a cheaper price for the performance you're getting. People are actively social, and the ones who aren't social would love to get into a conversation if given the opportunity. There aren't too many students to fill up the classrooms, so the class availability is very likely.

In the Game Arts and Design major, the curriculum appears promising. Every time I look at what I will go through, I feel pleased that I am going to this college. Workload is mild at the beginning, but it will pick up as I get further into the curriculum. It definitely gives enough time for all your tasks out of school if you schedule your homework. The facilities available are plenty for what a student at this college needs and students can also create their own clubs as long as they get plenty of votes to get it started. The school has many internship possibilities since it gets visitors from the industries to do presentations and observe the students.

The curriculum is set up very nicely for a 4-year program, and most of the professors are well experienced in their field, but the school hires new professors, and it sometimes makes the school look bad depending on how they teach. Some of the early students tend to get discouraged by seeing professors who don't teach very well, while other students get discouraged by not being able to understand the professors that do teach well. I personally feel that I can tell which professor is more experienced than others and would take me forward, but other students seem like they enjoy the easier professors, and this hinders those who want to become better by having a harder lessons for better results. Some of the professors are aware of how students tend to be, and those are the professors I appreciate being taught by since they can teach both the unattentive and attentive students.

The students like to talk about their progress in their classes and ask about how they could improve, and they also like to talk about their current successes. Many of the students have their own views on religion and politics, and don't mind much for the sex or ethnic side of a person. It was very easy to get to know a lot of the students, and most of them I became good friends with despite the multitude of viewpoints. Overall, everyone has one thing in mind, and that is to become successful in the field they are studying for.

This college has a great career center service. There is an optional and free class one day each week where a student can learn how to make their resume and prepare their speeches and other needs to gain an advantage in their field. The students also communicate a lot and are easy to relate to. I've been able to make some new good friends at this college. The teachers always explain to you how it is out in the industry, but some students think they're being strict about it, although they're really not.
