Need help in having a connection with jobs that employs students more sooner than later.

Course subjects are unique. Some of the books could be updated to more current issues. Internships in the Business Entrepreneurship curriculum needs a lot of help concerning paid internships: hopefully we can start getting job placement 1year to 6 months in advance and surely before graduation. It would help if counseling was offered concerning paid jobs or internship in advance for inquiring students and especially for juniors and seniors that need jobs to help pay for school tuition.

The online courses offered at Mt. Sierra College are very simple to use and communicating with class mates and professors is made easy.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
It has been a good process with getting my aid. Although i am going to have to pay out of pocket once i have exhausted my funds i have faith i will be able to find the funds through scholarships hopefully. I feel you cannot put a price on genuine education if you value what you are learning.

One of the unique things about Mount Sierra College is the parking. Parking always seems to be a problem with many colleges due to pay rates and spaces. The way I describe my campus life at Mount Sierra College is Focused, Small, Reliable, Straight Forward, and Hard Working. I always come across Video Game Designers at the lounge always talking about their projects or any game they've played. I'm an open person when it comes to socializing with others and I'm always interested in people's talents. People in this school is filled with amazing talent whether it comes to Video Game Designing, Telecommunications, CIT, Business Administration. Everybody is filled with an ambitious attitude with a polite personality. I personally don't mind going to schools that are big or small campuses, but I seem to have more resources in small campuses (FIDM and Mout Sierra College)

The resources at Mount Sierra College are always reliable from my experience. When I started studying at the LRC, I end up completing all of my assignments and have no problem studying for tests. When I need assistnace with the computers or printing problems, the workers at the LRC are always there to assist you. I haven't received any tutoring sessions yet at the LRC, but I've witnessed students getting tutoring sessions and I can tell they're satisfied with the service they get. I experienced looking into the Career Center and they are also very resourceful. My Career Advisor sends job opportunities through email and also assisted with revising my resume.

My school experience at Mt. Sierra has been a smooth ride ever since I started my first quarter. The flexibility and time classes are reasonable and the professors are always reliable when it comes to contacting them or simply helping to improve your grade. Even though Mount Sierra College isn't a typical college where it's a big campus with a lot of people and classes getting filled up easily. It is still a nice small campus to meet new people, studying without any distratction, and teachers you can have tutoring sessions with. Another benefit of this school is free parking. I know a lot of my friends complain about the parking rate at their school, but Mount Sierra College parking is completely free and never full. Transferred credits for this school is no problem from my experience. I graduated from FIDM and took some similar classes that Mount Sierra College's program had. The Career Advisor simply knocked down the ones I took care of FIDM and moved on to the ones I needed to take. Another benefit is when credits are transferred, your tution at Mount Sierra College goes down.

I found the workload surprisingly challenging and the grading to be tough but fair. The on line classes do push you to balance your time better but these ease of use is a good trade off.
College Senior 2012-12-04T00:31:04Z
Although I have not yet graduated, the Career office sends weekly updates of jobs in the area as well as jobs through their partnerships. Everyone in the Career center is helpful and they offer many classes on resume building to how to ace an interview.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I believe that I am receiving a great education for a great price but also feel that the financial aid office needs improvement. The financial aid department appeared to lack discipline and lagged time wise.
College Sophomore 2012-11-24T02:56:48Z
I am still an undergraduate but I believe that everyone, regardless of school, struggles to find work after graduation. The school has a great system of providing plenty of job leads to it's students.
College Sophomore 2012-11-24T02:53:25Z
I am a business major and my classes exceed my expectations. The work load is heavy but manageable and the classes I am taking are all related to my major. The professors knowledgeable and caring of the students.
College Sophomore 2012-11-24T02:44:29Z
I feel that the professors are very knowledgeable and are very involved with the students. I only wish that it were easier to contact the professors. All of the professors I have had never reply to my emails.
