| Advice on Finding a Job/Internship | |
- Muhlenberg's Career Center is a great resource and its staff is always helpful. Students receive notices and event calendars in their mailboxes about upcoming workshops and job fairs. The center also offers many online resources to help students find jobs and internships. However, it is up to students to take advantage of these opportunities. The Career Center will not seek out individual students. Do not be afraid to take initiative!
- Talk to your professors! Many Muhlenberg professors have connections far outside of the Muhlenberg bubble and can help students meet people who work in a desired profession.
- There are work-study jobs all over campus. Just go to the Office of Financial Aid and a staff member will be there to answer any of your questions.

- The Career Center has a resume critique program where students can submit their resumes and receive feedback within two weeks. To receive instant feedback, students can attend the center's monthly resume clinic.
- Quick Questions is another service offered for about an hour every day by the Career Center. Students can ask short questions about their resume or finding a job.
- Upon request, students can set up a mock interview. This is great preparation for job and graduate school interviews.
