This is the only degree of its kind in our area. I would pay double for this class.

to have a declared major at a doesn't really make me feel any different than any other student going to the school. i don't feel like i have taken much classes that have to do with my major. i would love to but right now i feel like i am still stuck taking the prerequisite classes.

I would give this an A because the speed of the computers are fast, we are able to print, copy and use wifi. The only thing I would want to be different is the library hours to be open an hour or 2 earlier. This is because it opens at 8 and that's usually when my first classes begin so if I need to print or research something before class I cannot do so.

the registration process at Nashua Community college is very good. all of the advisers are so helpful. i feel that they go beyond their availability to help students get what they want. the professors are always there to help students with anything needed. the tutoring center is amazing, students can walk in when ever they want to seek help. i think the school could offer more programs but over all every thing has been excellent. i feel that i have learned a lot from Nashua Community College.

I feel that most of my professors are good, however I did have two teachers that I did not feel I got a good learning experience from. The entire 2 1/2 hour class for the whole semester was lecture and I prefer having different activities or learning styles. I also feel that a lot of the professors expect so much from you just because you are a "college student" and they do not take too much time explaining topics. I have had professors in Algebra and English courses where they do seem to take more time to answer questions and explain things thoroughly. I guess it depends on the teaching style of the professors.

the computer services at Nashua community college are very good. every computer works perfectly. i personally have never had any problems with any of the computers there. the school is not bad at all, i have liked every class i have entered, and have felt challenged to all levels.

There are a few things I really like about my school. I like that we have a gym which is free for students. The cafeteria area is renovated with a great menu and there is a lots of seating are. My favorite is the atrium where I can sit and study or take a break with natural light coming in above me. The school also offers free tutoring which I have taken advantage of this semester.

I am in the Liberal Arts Science Program. I feel like the workload is moderate. Some of teachers could do better to explain the subjects by no always doing a lecture for example, having more of a variety of learning activities in class.

Flexibility is awesome here, I can schedule my classes around my schedule. This makes going here very easy and when I am here school is my top priority. I haven't tried to transfer anywhere at this point but I have heard that the credit's at this school transfer easily.

Nashua Community College has always provided an excellent computer network on the campus. There are many different sections throughout the campus where computer availability is great. If there is a wait time it is not long and many students bring a laptop of their own. Connecting to the network is easy and when researching on the schools connection it is very fast.

Nashua Community College provides all the necessary resources that any campus needs. A full sized gym, cafeteria with outside patio like seating, library, student store, auditorium and many lounging areas scattered around campus for resting, studying or just plain hanging out. There are also countless amounts of clubs and activities to join. If you dream it, they have a meeting time after school for it.

The class schedules are quite flexible, with many of them being offered both in the daytime, as well as at night for those of us who need to work earlier in the day. They always offer classes during the summertime, though not every class is available, and many have different hours (i.e, three times a week for two hours during Fall/Spring and twice a week for three hours during the summer). Many of my credits from another school did not transfer, which meant I had to take essentially the same classes again.

The program I am taking, Liberal Arts, allows me to take a much wider variety of classes than if I were to take another program. This has allowed me to explore classes that align with my varied interests. It's great to feel like I don't have to take the same kinds of classes.

The printer occasionally has problems, and only prints in black and white. However, it is easy to access when it does work, and the computers are quite reliable

I am a computer science major, and I expect all of the classes that we are required to take. The work load so far has not been too tough. I was able to take college courses for this major during High School so I had a lot more knowledge than some of the other students which put me at a huge advantage.
College Sophomore 2013-05-20T04:42:36Z
There are a lot of classes that are available for a majority of different subjects. However, I feel like it is not as challenging as it could be. I think a lot of professors do not expect a lot of their students because it is a Community College and there are many people there for no reason or because they could not get into a better school. There are not as many people who chose Community College because of the money.

Many of the professors are very understanding to students' issues and do their best to support each student and help to accommodate them.
