Not too much. dorms are close to campus and NYU has free buses that take you from dorms to campus if needed

If you like snow in the winter and extreme, humid head in the summer then you'll like NYU! But otherwise, terrible.

It was pretty hot when school started, but bareable. With Hurricane Sandy, we lost power for a week, so this may be an unfair addition to my answer... Read more »
