Newberry is a pretty small town so getting around isn't that big of a deal. There are busses if you need to get around, but walking could work just as well too to get some exercise in. If you are wanting to go to a different town, a car would be your best option.

The campus is too small for campus transportation but having a car is very convenient. If there are students are like me who don't own a car, it's hard to get around if your friends aren't willing to take you.

There isn't any public transportation available, but it isn't really necessary because the campus is small and all together. However, it would be nice to have transportation to and from Columbia, considering Columbia has more fun things to do than Newberry.

Newberry College does not have much as a transportation option, but it isn't much of a problem. Everything that you need is right on campus, and the campus is about a mile in perimeter, and Downtown is within walking distance of the college. If you don't have a car, that isn't much of a problem since they sell everything that you would need (such as toothpaste, soap, deodorant etc.) at the Newberry College Bookstore.

We are such a small school we do not need school to provide transportation.
