There are a few of off-campus apartments but you have to live on campus for two years.

Most of the student housing is in bad parts of the neighborhood, and there have been several robberies reported. I'm not sure about availability, but I don't think there's a high cost associated with living off campus. I believe most students save a lot of money this way. I had free on campus housing so I'm not sure, but if you could find a good place to live (nearby in Lewiston, for example), the bad neighborhood problem was alleviated.

Just in the Nick of Time – Being a senior at Niagara University, I am more than eager to live off campus as compared to my previous years. There are always apartments available, even through the school year. I will have a place of my own in the spring of 2012 before I graduate!

Being a longtime resident of Niagara Falls, it's difficult to find a good neighborhood with houses/apartments in good condition. The security of the falls is less than decent, there is a lot of crime and drugs in the area. Lewiston however is not as bad of an area although the apartments can be crazy as they are mainly students from NU.

Off campus housing is convenient, easy to find and relatively cheap. However unless you find an apartment in the Lewiston suburb, safety of these locations are VERY sketchy. The most convenient locations are close to downtown Niagara Falls - the worst area.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
