Williams Dining Hall is the main cafeteria on campus. On most days, the food will be enjoyable, and overall, the price and selection is excellent for college students. There are many different serving lines in Williams that serve various entrées and sides. In the cafeteria, there is usually a main course line with two choices and sides, a rotisserie line, a grill with burgers and fries, a salad bar, dessert and fruit counter, and hot and cold sandwich lines. There is also a pizza line, which is very popular. Some days, the cafeteria will even switch it up and serve breakfast at dinner, or maybe even serve chicken wings with various sauces! Also, on very special nights in the cafeteria, steaks, shrimp and other exquisite meals may be served. There is also a McAlister's Deli and Starbucks on the first floor of the cafeteria. On the other side of campus in the Memorial Student Union, there is a Chick-fil-A, Pizza Hut Express, and Blimpie's Sub Shop.
Freshmen can choose from three meal plan options, including one with unlimited access to the cafeteria. After freshman year, most students adjust their plan to better suit how much they actually go to the cafeteria. Flex dollars are used to purchase food at any of the retail dining establishments on campus. At Simply To Go, students can use their meal plan to choose an entrée, a side item, a drink, and maybe a dessert. Most upperclassmen choose meal plans with the least amount of cafeteria meals per week and the most flex dollars. This way, you can eat in the cafeteria according to your schedule and grab something quick to eat from the Aggie Sit-In.
