We are in the mountains. People are nice, but don't expect much of a city life. Downtown Greenville is an excellent place to hang out, but it's 30 minutes away from school.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, its located at the foot of the blue ridge mountains so as far as out door activities go, there is plenty to do. If you're willing to drive about 20 minutes off campus you will find yourself in several small towns with plenty of awesome coffee shops small restaurants. 30 minutes away is Greenville's minor league team (who wins often) they are a lot of fun to see. There are plenty of places to Golf, Longboard (lots of hills) and do whatever else you could want to do outside.

The town of Tigerville is very small and there is not much to do in the area. The closest town with any attractions is Greenville, which is about 20 mins. outside of the proximity of the university.

Travelers Rest, Greer, Taylors, Greenville, Hendersonville (NC), Flat Rock (NC), and many other great places are nearby. There's hiking, shopping, eating, swing dancing, and many other fun activities to do within 1/2 hour or 45 minutes of campus.

Everything about NGU is fine it is just that at NGU students are not welcome to truly do as they please. The rules of the university are very strict. But, then again it can and will keep students from the normal partying schools which leads to the normal flunking of students out of colleges.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
