The teachers are very helpful, and email back in a timely manner. Some online classes can have more coursework required that others. The grading system for online classes was basically the same as it is for classes taken on campus.

I am currently still in school, and have not needed to use the post-grad services.

The computer network was fairly good I never had trouble connecting with my computer. Printing would sometimes be a problem because there would always be a line waiting in the library so I just ended up printing it at home.

I was a little skeptical about taking my first online class but it turned out to be a whole lot easier than having to go to class. It saved me time and gas from going back and forth and the assignments were simple to follow so I never had to stress about it. If I needed any help the professor was always available online and gave out his/her number. We also had a discussion board if we needed to contact other classmates.

The reason I chose this school was because it was the only available college in my hometown so I could afford to live at home. The classes were somewhat flexible, but of course there is always that one class.

Online courses are more difficult due to the lack of instruction obtained in the classroom.

NTCC has a wonderful new recreation center. It is near the student dormitories which I think is ideal for the students who live on campus.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I felt like I was missing out on important information when I first began the process of enrolloing and so on although I had gone to orientation. The education I've received has been worthwhile for some classes and better for others.

The college has a mechanic program so if you are having a problem with your car you can bring it on over and they will fix it is a great learning opportunity for the students.

If you need help with anything you can just go to the admissions office and they will help you that is how I learned about this scholarship website. I need money for college I walked in and asked for help they told me how to apply for loans and scholarships.

The campus itself has a library full of computers and they work very well and the internet is very fast, another good thing about the campus is that the program that I am in has their very own mac desktop computers and we can come in and use them whenever we need to I have no complaints at all about the servers or computers.

The campus has great network reliability and above average speed and access. To print, you can go to the computer labs, although the do charge usually about 10 cents per page.

online classes involve peer-to-peer interaction sometimes especially in group discussions. The workload is a little bit heavier than a physical class.

Our campus is connected with Texas A&M Texarkana, so you can take classes there but be at our facility. They also have this program for the biomedical science majors if you get at least a B in all your science you have a chance for automatic acceptance at Texas A&M College Station.

I know where everything is when it needs to be used. I'm either in class or at home when the activities are happening, but I know other people who enjoy it.

Every time I use the computer network, it is always working. For one of my classes we have to constantly use get on the website, and it works fine.

I have taken 5 online classes through NTCC. Most of them have been good, but the economics class is extremely disappointing. The instructor did not give a syllabus with a schedule of assignments, something especially necessary for online classes. Also, she posted that there would be a midterm three days before the due date to have taken it with absolutely no prior warning that there would be one (I have never had a midterm on an online class).

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The tuition here is definitely worth it. The professors are great. The administrators are great. The students are nice. The financial aid process was so easy. I enrolled last minute and within a couple of hours I was rewarded.

I came to this school last minute because of problems with the school I was supposed to attend and all of my credits transferred over. The process was easy and I believe I made the right choice coming here to complete the credits I need to transfer to a university.

I'm majoring in culinary arts and is by far what I expected it to be. You get to be like family because its a few students and you're with them most of the week.

Teachers are great at teaching and are willing to help you out whenever help is needed. Finals are scheduled separately enough that you do not have to stress about it.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
