Freshman dorms are well used. There are certain amenities that are in need of upgrades but overall, the quality of the dorm is quite adequate for living. In most cases, it's better to live on campus than off campus due to the lack of apartments and the lack of quality apartments in the community. The proximity of dorms to classes is good. Biking is better than walking in most cases.

Two of the dorms have been shut down, with a third possibly becoming restricted to a certain group, which tend to pack the students even more tightly. As freshman are required, unless under certain circumstances, to stay in the dorms this could create a problem, eperically as we only have five dorms (Logan, Haskell, Hasting, Ross and the divided Loeser Hall) not counting the super expenses Semiary Suites. (which does offer a private room but count more then titution)

I had a horrible roommate, which made it awful, but the people I met there were fun. I wish I could have lived in the suites or hastings. At night it can be ridiculous, either you get some creeper guys or some drunk people, all of the time. The rooms and showers in ross are tiny, but all the other dorms are bigger. It is inexpensive to live there and the Resident Assistants are great!
Also the school started a zombie/human game, it is amazingly fun, it gets the whole campus involved, even if you don't participate in it, it is fun to watch them for a few days.

The dorms are suitable a little out of date and ugly but I live how the sororities get to make their dorms their own. And I love the suites which are nicer options for students

I lived on campus my first two years and the first year I lived in Co-ed dorms and I absolutely loved it. The second year I lived on my sorority floor and the dorm was very small and there are not enough dorms for everyone. The parking outside the dorms is terrible sometimes.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
