The process took some hard work, but it worked out well.

I have received a decent amount of financial aid, but not enough to cover all of my school for this semester. The employees in financial aid do everything they can to help you, and it is best to go to see them personally to get the best advice.

Since I had a low income, I had to fill out a low income form which took three attempts to get right. Some of the financial aid administrators directed me improperly the first two times. Finally, the form was correct on the third attempt. Other than the low income confusion, NSU has been well organized and efficient with their finanical aid program. I would advise that you speak to your financial aid advisor, and make sure you keep a list of all your expenses and income for the year. This is to make sure you receive the proper amount of finacial aid.

It was okay. I suggest you always check your gonsu to make sure you receive your aid or not. Also call the Financial aid office to make sure everything is going smoothly

There isn't much help for people in Graduate school. The scholarships and grants always have some weird requirement. It's frustrating because I have a 4.0 GPA and I am An NSU alumni!
