Overall, NU Boston feels very safe. There's security/campus police and it's primarily situated in a "better" area of Boston. The one area that can get a bit sketchy/dangerous is Ruggles and beyond - but I've never seen or heard of any issues, I just don't feel safe there at night, per se.
