There are plenty of apartments, but if you want to be near campus, you'll pay 1000+ per person. You will have to go through a realtor (landlord's won't accept you otherwise) and their fee will be a month's rent. Places are available, some are really nice, but all are pretty expensive unless you are willing to live 1 mile from campus.
