When do decisions for the Fall of 2017 regular decision come out?

I just got my acceptance today, so I assume either now, or soon.

How did you find out - mail or did they send an email saying the decision was ready?

They sent me an email yesterday, but the letter will arrive in the mail in a few days.

They sent me an email that said, "Thank you for your application to Northeastern University. The Admission Committee has reviewed your application and your admission decision is now available through our Application Status Check. You will need your NU ID and date-of-birth to access the site."

So I logged in through their link and checked. It said I had been accepted (into their honors program) and that I had received a 20000 per year merit scholarship

Someone that got their decision, where are you from? Was it for the honors program?

Yes I got my decision. I'm from California and I was accepted to Northeastern University and invited to their Honors Program.

And I did regular admission

Which program did you guys apply to?

I think I led them to believe I was interested in International Relations and Political Science.

I am from Washington state and I was accepted into the College of Science and did not get into the Honors Program. The Honors Program takes in the top 10% of each school, so the College of Science and the College of Engineering will be the hardest to get Honors with.

but you still heard back recently? Even though you were regularly accepted?

but you still heard back recently? Even though you were regularly accepted?

Yes. Otherwise we wouldn't know this.

Yes, I applied for Regular Decision and received my acceptance yesterday at 3:00pm PST. A friend of mine also received her acceptance at the same time; you will probably hear about your status within the next few days. Good luck!

Awesome! Thanks, I live in NJ, hopefully we hear soon.

To those that got accepted, when did you send in your midyear reports?

Midyear reports must be postmarked by March 1st at the latest.

than how can we be getting decisions already if we don't even need to have our midyear reports submitted for another week?

Well those who got accepted probably sent in their midyear reports already. Am I correct, Wasiantori and buyingstairways? If so, when did you send them in?

So if I sent mine in back in the beginning of february I should hear back soon theoretically?

Yes, I submitted mine in the beginning of February, so if you have already sent in your midyear reports you should hear back before mid-March.

I had already submitted my midyear reports.

I got my RD acceptance 5 days ago, I was invited into the Honors Program with full tuition (yay for being Hispanic) and I'm majoring in Engineering. My school submitted my mid-year report in early February, and I got the email on the 19th. Good luck to all of you!
