It's cold and there are lots of snowsports. There are also plenty of hiking and biking trails and lots of outdoorsy things to do.

Library's a Great Place to Chill
NAU's Library is fully stocked and the staff is always helpful. There are private and group study rooms to check out and the media center has state of the art equipment for almost any media need.

Strict or Not?
The RA's keep everyone under control as much as possible. Also, for the most part, the cops are pretty forgiving and let first time offenders off with a warning. The strictness is the perfect amount.
