Group tours and information sessions are offered to high schools, community colleges, and groups of 10 or more people. They include a student-led tour of the campus, a visit to one of the residence halls, an academic session with a professor-adviser in your intended area, and lunch. Call (928) 523-5511 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any weekday or 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Saturdays. You may also check the undergraduate admissions website for more scheduling options at www4.nau.edu/uadmissions/admis/home.htm.

Campus Tours

Campus tours are offered Monday through Friday with limited options on Saturdays as well. Tours generally depart at 8 a.m. and last until around 3:30 p.m. Several different tour packages are offered depending on your areas of interest, so call to find out which will be best for you

Prospective Weekend

Summer Orientation So, you’ve decided to attend NAU but are still a little unsure of what it will be like. “What will the people be like? How will I adjust to being away from home? How much will beer cost me?” All are very important questions, to say the least. To answer your questions and then some, I recommend you visit the NAU campus during one of the summer orientation sessions. All freshmen are strongly encouraged to attend. You should receive information in the mail. Check www4.nau.edu/nsp/orientation/Index.htm or call (928) 523-0632 for more information. During orientation, you will stay with other Lumberjacks-to-be and get a detailed tour of campus. You’ll have the chance to meet with professors, obtain major-specific material, and ask all the questions your heart desires.
