It is way better than the food served on campus.

The off-campus dining options near my school are limited as far as what a college student can afford. There is a big variety of places to eat at but the prices of some of those places make them unappealing to college students. I found that the best places to check out are Jimmy John's, Vango's, Temaki & Tea, and Applebee's.

Taco bell gives out free tacos to students with ID with a minimum purchase. Goodwill has 15% off thursdays. I have a coupon book in my dorm room. Domino's has student discounts. We have Catcash that we get every semester and can use at Cattrax, our own bodega, Smoothie King, Melted (grilled cheese shop), and at the dining halls.

Marquette is a great town to eat in. There are a lot of local food shops to choose from, serving everything from sandwiches to fresh fish. There are the regular chain restaurants if you are in the mood for fast food, family restaurants if you feel like having a relaxing meal, and there are plenty of pubs where you can go for a pint and a big burger. The food scene in Marquette is superb.

There are chain restaurants and locally owned ones. Most places offer student discounts. Especially if you receive the free coupon book from the bookstore at the beginning of the year! Also at Tacobell they do a free taco for students when you show your NMU ID and spend $2. Tbell is kind of far from campus though (not walking distance)
Sorry, there are no reviews.
