Many students at Northwest Florida State College find that they have been immersed in a relaxing atmosphere. The campus is not quite as large as major universities. But for a junior college, it has an ample amount of resources. The main university is in Niceville, but there are five or six satellite campuses located throughout northwest Florida. New student housing is being constructed and is almost completed.
Other students feel like the campus is too small or that most of the teachers are inaccessible outside of the classroom. Most professors have very tight schedules and require strong time-management skills to fulfill their obligations. Some instructors are more helpful than others, but you have to catch them at the right time.
