Facts

Interviews & Information Sessions

Northwestern information sessions are 45-minutes long, and reservations are not necessary unless a group of 10 or more will be attending. Check out www.ugadm.northwestern.edu/freshman/visiting, and click on “Information Sessions,” or call (847) 491-7271 for session times, to set up reservations, or to get the most up-to-date information. Individual schools may also offer information sessions and tours, so check those out, too.

Campus Tours

Tours are given daily (except in April) and last about one and a half hours. Groups of 10 or more need to make a reservation; otherwise, they’re not necessary. Tours leave from the Office of Undergraduate Admission at 1801 Hinman Avenue. If you need to make a group reservation, call the Office of Undergraduate Admission at (847) 491-7271.

Overnight Visits

Individual overnight visits are open to high school seniors from October to April, and depending on availability, Northwestern will provide accommodations with a student host in a residence hall. Reservations are required at least one month in advance. Call the Admissions Office at (847) 491-7271 or visit www.ugadm.northwestern.edu/freshman/visiting/overnight.htm.

College Prowler guides are in the hands of students throughout the entire process. Because you can't make student-written guides without the students, we have students at each campus who write, edit, and survey their peers for every guide that we publish.
