During the day, pretty much anywhere. Don't even try on South Campus unless you have an "A" permit.

The higher up the hierarchy your pass is, the more parking options you have. “A” (faculty only) permits can park anywhere, anytime, while “WC5” permits are relegated to the West-Campus parking lots, on the other side of the Olentangy River from campus. There are more than a dozen options for parking permits, various ones depend on the number of credit hours a student has or where he/she lives.
