Register with Career Services and take advantage of their services, like career fairs, seminars, and mock interviews. What they have to offer is invaluable, not to mention free. Where else can you get a professional resumé critique without paying? Also, make sure to talk with your advisor about interest in an internship or career path. Most departments have an e-newsletter with job/internship opportunities. The best advice is to take advantage of all of the resources on campus and start early—don’t make the mistake of waiting until senior year to start thinking about life after OU.
