Dining in Cowboy Town

The dining in Stillwater, OK is not bad by any means, but its also not the best place to get the variety you may be looking for. Most of what you will see is greasy fast food, or large chain restaraunts, not much for your average vegetarian or health nut. However, Stillwater does have the world famous Eskimoe Joes. Eskimoe Joes is a fun, and friendly environment with great food. Also it is conveniently located right of campus, near the performing arts center. Enjoy!

Common Food Places

The dining options around campus are mostly the generic fast food and restaurant chains found around the country

there are a few select mom and pop places that have great options but they take awhile to discover on your own

Fast Food

The eating is far better off campus, plus much cheaper. There are McDonalds (two pretty close to campus), Taco Bell, Taco Bueno, Taco Mayo, Buffalo Wild Wings, IHOP (open 24/7 with free wireless!), two Braums (short car ride from campus), Shortcakes (close, 24/7), Chick-fil-A, two Sonics (close), and several other places. They are all fairly to very affordable, and again, WAY cheaper than campus food.
