Transportation is, expensive, and only in some seasons. Not transportation to nearer town or city but only to the airport.

We're on a HILL!! PUC is located on a hill, so there is almost no public transportation.

Since the school is up in the mountains, there is no public transportation for students. Therefore you have to catch rides from place to place.
