I would give them a call. I'm sure they will be willing to help you out if they can. It depends a lot on your financial situation. There are usually also some scholarship opportunities.

Behrend does a pretty good job of keeping the facilities up-to-date and clean. The biggest complaint of most students is that the fitness center is too small. If you like the work out, try to go to the gym during off-peak hours, like before 9 a.m. or during dinnertime. But, besides the size of fitness center, the facilities are clean and in good condition. The library is always being updated, and it is large, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view. The REDC is a state-of-the-art $30 million building that was recently completed. It has nice computer labs, engineering labs, business classrooms, large lecture halls, and many other great features. The computer labs across campus have all recently been updated, and the new 24-hour cyber lounge is very nice. It has large-screen and double-monitor computers, couches, and big-screen TVs.

The Reed Union building had some recent renovations, and a new admissions and alumni building was recently built. The dorms are all well-kept, and most are much nicer than at other colleges. Overall, most of the facilities at Penn State Behrend are either perfectly sufficient or there are plans to fix them.
