Inter Campus Libraries – the librarie at the campus is small but has most of what you would need and if they do not have it you can look on the computer to see if another campus has it and it will be shipped down the next day

Gym Has Seen Better Days – the small lifting room is often packed, the use of one racquet ball room as a cardio room is great, but the use of the second racquet as an ab and streaching room is often never used and no longer leaves any room for what the room was ment to be use for.

Pretty Decent School – I like this school because it is small enough for me. It is close to home and I can have some one on one time with the teachers. This is the kind of college I want to be at.

I chose this school because i love the scenery here. My classes were very flexible, so flexible that i had a lot of time to study which was great. If i had any trouble with an assignment i was able to contact my professors and they contacted right away. I was only frustrated with one class and that is the class that i had to pass in order to get into my major.

The student diversity is very broad at Mont Alto. There are a lot more races present than I've seen at most other schools; yet there is no stereotyping. All students are treated equally by both professors and the students. Races intermix and don't stay amongst themselves

Tuition & Financial Aid:
While financial aid is not very hard to get at Mont Alto it is not very much compared to the cost of going to this school. Almost all of the students that I know at the school have received some type of financial aid from the school no matter whether they need it or not. The scholarships that are awarded are not much and while they are a help they do not give as much as I would have hoped.

Campus Clubs and Campus Life. The clubs at Mont Alto are all run by students and each year a new student will run the club. I signed up for five clubs the first semester and only heard back from two of them. Each of the clubs were set up more for a student who lived on the campus. The meetings were later at night after all of the classes were over and the activities were on Saturdays when I didn't have class. Overall I wish that the clubs would have been run by one of the teachers but had the students decide what would be done in the club.

Techology at PSU Mont Alto – The computer availability on campus is pretty decent. The network is very rarely down and maintains a pretty consistant speed. One of the things I don't like is the lack of wireless internet in the dorms.

Business Management Major – As a business management major, I feel like the education I'm getting from Penn State University is making me very well rounded and capable. My major is very competitive so I have to put a lot of effort and focus into my studies. While there are challenges, it keeps me motivated to always do better. I feel like there are many internship and job oppertunities and the professors at Mont Alto are more then willing to give support and advice or recomendations. Overall, I'm very satisfies with my college experience so far.

Most Students – Most students at Mont Alto are different and unique in there own way. By their smartness the way they go about things, and one thing notice about students on this campus is they are very strong minded they think before they make a decision. I think thats a very good envoirment to be around.

Tuition & Financial Aid:

Communication Sciences and Disorders – Because I attend a campus other than main campus, I only take gen eds for now. So until I go to main campus, I cannot rate aspects of my specific program.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Great Education Value – I chose Penn State for their great academic reputation. Instead of attending University Park, I decided to commute to Mont Alto for my first two years. Therefore, I am receiving the same education while saving in room and board costs. In addition, I have been able to receive some financial aid to help me through this process. Overall, the school's tuition is worth the degree I will graduate with.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
