I had to follow up with my advisor a few times on the status of my loan requests which i guess is normal considering how many student files she has to review.
Ask the financial aid advisor as many questions as possible and then read as many websites on the subject as you can find in order to get a full understanding of the financial commitment you'll be taking on. It's a scary but manageable process as long as you know what your responsibilities are and meet all related deadlines.

Pepperdine doesn't cover everything, but I could not attend if it weren't for financial aid.

As a fully employed student, Pepperdine does not offer too many Scholarships for me. When I have contacted Financial Aid they have been helpful.

As with most schools, I am too rich to qualify for federal grants and too poor to pay for school myself. I did not get any grants from the school. As far as academics go, I am middle of the pack.
