The professors are all excellent in their field and very caring and compassionate. The time that is available for student interaction was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the instructors don't bend the rules for any student; I guess this is the best way to maintain a level playing field for all students in the long run.

I was very nervous about taking any online classes. Pima was just unveiling a few online courses when I was enrolled. I am glad that I was able to be a part of their launch as this gave me some comfort in dealing with online courses as I am now on my way to do a Bachelors in Science online.

I was originally interested in the PMI Radiography Program. I didn't qualify due to my prior transcripts and instead chose to do their MA Program just to get my foot in the door. The program was worth the time as it taught me a lot about self discipline and how to succeed and excel in school. I am very satisfied with the time I had at Pima and am very excited to continue my education into the Health Services Management.

The overall campus is very clean and well laid out. The library is an e-library which is open the entire time that school is open and in session. The instructors are all professionals in the field that they instruct and have some really funny real life stories to share from time to time. The overall program is very accelerated and well planned for student success. I had a great experience with Pima (after being out of school for over 20 years) and am looking forward to my ongoing scholastic endeavors.

My school has the program I was looking for, I love to be around animals and help them so the fact they have the Veterinary technician program showed me that this is the school for me.

I gave Pima an A+ because the resources on campus are amazing. They provide us with our very own scrubs and all the text books we need.

The flexibility of classes is not great, but nothing to warrant complaint. Attendance is highly stressed, as the programs are so condensed. Missing a single day of class can easily afford students with a 12 page writing assignment. To me, this is understandable because the information being taught is vital, and instructors are unable to review an entire lecture to accommodate one student.

I think what sets Pima apart from other schools is the quality of education provided and the professional environment. The programs offered at Pima are condensed into smaller than normal time frames, but that doesn't mean that subjects are not taught in depth. Our instructors are actual professionals, and some of them currently work in the field they are teaching about, in addition to being an instructor. Therefore, they are able to provide current and realistic advice to aspiring professionals.

Provided, Pima is a technical school, I believe it has all of the necessary equipment to foster proper training of students. For example, the Radiography program houses its own fully-functional x-ray machine. Also, the Dental Assisting program has a classroom that resembles a modern dental office, complete with exam chairs, computer monitors, and commonly used dental equipment. Students are able to utilize these resources to get hands-on experience in their chosen fields.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I truly believe I am getting my money's worth through the value of education provided at Pima. Not only is it obvious the instructors are well versed in the subject matter, but they care about their students. They make every effort to clarify the information to ensure everyone understands what is being taught.
The Financial Aid office has been helpful in every instance I have required their services. My only concern is that they don't offer up-front information about scholarships and aid to pay for the school's high tuition rates.

I awarded an "A" because I have had no issues whatsoever with my school's computer network thus far. It is dependable and fast. It is required that students complete online assignments on a weekly basis, and in the 6 months I have been in attendance, the network has not been down for repairs, and has functioned properly and efficiently.

I have yet to graduate but I know that PIMA will help me find a job. The advisers will contact me if I need any help with finding a job soon after I graduate and I can contact them if I need to. They're are always accessible and ready to help. The alumni are kept in close contact.

There was never a dull moment at this school, there was always something to do. The workload was heavy but nothing a student couldn't handle and the homework always kept you prepared for the exams given. PIMA gives wonderful job opportunities, if you could not find a job, they will call you and set you up on an interview to help you find the job you want and need.

There wasn't an athletic center, student center or library but there was always a computer available for use on campus.

The teacher at my school were always very dedicated to their students. They held their standards high and the students did as well. Registering for school was very easy, PIMA had advisers that would help with every process. The work given at PIMA was a lot but the students were able to ask questions and get homework done on time and were always prepared for the exams given.

PIMA had many computer rooms that were available for use by the students. I never had any trouble finding assistance from the staff or students. I always had access to the internet on my own computer and the schools computers, when I would print, my documents would be sent straight to the printer in the room.

Real Learning – My teacher has been in the field and seen it all - so she has a LOT to teach us. I love the small class sizes because it ensures enough attention to each student. The hands-on approach is invaluable. I know that my certification (and eventually degree) from PIMA will not only impress employers, but prove that I've learned all the right skills and knowledge to be successful.

Wonderfully Busy People – Making friends is easy. The students who started when I did are very friendly and helpful. However, finding time to socialize outside of school is challenging. Age of students varies from 18 yrs old to 48, which is awesome! But everyone has a life outside of the classroom. Some students work (full time, part time, one or 2 jobs...), and some students have children.
Everyone is very nice, and finding a carpool buddy helps save on gas and solidifies the bond of friendship.

Focused & Hands on – One thing I love about PIMA is the faculty & staff are actively preparing you for your role in the work force. Each day I gain knowledge about the field I have chosen. My teacher has extensive knowledge about all aspects of the Veterinary Asst / Technician career, and it's a relief to be guided by and learn from someone who has "been there & done that."
Another great thing is the Career Services Dept. They are actively involved in helping graduates find employment, and place current students in quality externship sites.

I think I made an awesome choice to go to school here. They definitely help out find jobs right after graduation. Most definitely, there are a lot of offers given to students who graduate from Pima.

The curriculum and workload of homework is a lot to handle. It's very time consuming but well worth to understand the material the next day. It's not easy for a Radiology student. However, the classes are what I expect them to be. Hard and confusing at times.

This place offers computer labs. They are very resourceful when it comes to technology. Although the network reliability is a bit iffy at times, it usually works okay most of the time.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The education that I'm getting is well worth the money. I got a bit of financial support but with expense I know that with the degree that I'm working for will make a difference in the career that I'm going to school for.
College Senior 2012-07-28T07:51:42Z
This campus offers their student top quality care in education. They take their time and effort to help each student understand the material. Each student here are very friendly and approachable and offers to help each other out. The staff is also helpful and caring.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
