The shuttle bus comes every 30 mints and sometimes that is not really in my advantage because if i do not catch it on time I have to wait for another 30 mints or I have to walk.

My schools for that size has a great amount of activities and I see them making progress each time so I think that is a good thing

I rated B because the computers sometimes are a little slow and since the school is small sometimes it is difficult for a student to find a computer which in my point of view I think is a problem.

Pine Manor college is a very diverse school which I love and that's one of the reasons why I chose the school. The reason why I give the college a B is because the school doesn't have money to accommodate their students and a lot of things have been taken away from us due to the need of money. For example, someone is building a house where we had our health and wellness building, so we don't have a Health building anymore. Also because the college doesn't have wi-fi like other schools & we share our dorms with other students from another college, including high school students!. This is only a few of the things the college has to do to get income money.

Could improve the quality of the products, especially the meat, but overall is good.

There is more to do for someone who is 21 and older but overall nightlife here on this campus is average

Pine Manor has a wide variety of international student that reside here on campus. The higher percentage of this schools population is of those of many different backgrounds.

With downtown Boston just a few stops away on the T there are many attractions as well as a shopping district that can interest the students here on campus.

there are a few on campus housing flaws but over all the experience is a good one.

I never had one internship, but my school told us about a website we can start looking for one.

School policies are stricted if anyone has loud music during exam perids.

the shuddle bus is always on time. If students work near school the shuddle can pick you up from work.

They know the rules but are rather lenient with it. However, they are strick if it is bothering other people and people call to report. There is a good deal of tolerance for noise. However, if it is from parting campus safety is right there right away to make sure it stays quite and there is no underage drinking.

The professors are all great and what makes it better is that they have experience in what ever class they are teaching so it makes it easier for when they are teaching and if a student has a specific question or anything like that.

There are many different ethnicities and religions on campus and they are all accepted as who they are. Diversity can not be an issue.

My school has housing on campus. Finding apartments isn't an issue as far as I can see.

Health & Safety:
The safety on this campus is ok but I think because of the location that the campus looks very scarey at night to some people. The campus is surrounded with trees and the woods so walking it at night alone wouldnt be something a student would think to do. Other than how creepy it looks the safety is pretty good. Nothing drastic really happens here.

Trains Are the Way to Go. From the school it is about an 8 minute walk to the train station. It's very easy to get to and can take you anywhere. The campus has shuttles that run every half hour so of you miss it your better off just walking instead of waiting.

Such a Hassle. The process isn't really that difficult, but they don't give you that much financial assistance. There's always financial aid staff to talk to, but they don't do to much to help you be able to afford college.
College Junior 2012-07-12T05:06:58Z
The computers are really outdated and old. The school isn't really advanced at all when it comes to computers and technology.

Support All Around – I've never recieved as much support anywhere as I have at Pine Manor. We are a tight knit community and you are always a familiar face amongst professors and staff. The amount of encouragement I have gotten has boosted my confidence and made me sure in my capabilities. I have kept a 4.0 GPA throughout my sophomore year and there are tutors readily available should the need arise. Pine Manor has top notch programs for biology and English students. As an art student, I wish the program was better and that there was a wider variety of classes and more instructors.

Not Bad at All – Not a great number of students use recreational drugs on campus. Smoking cigarettes, weed and drinking are common but not over-abundant. There is no pressure to take drugs or party hard. There are various students who like drinking and there are others who enjoy a quiet night in or a movie. It depends on who you dedicate your rime too. There is a place for everyone at Pine Manor.

Pine Manor has three villages, each containing five buildings. These buildings house approximately 30 students. One village is entirely populated by students who attend The New England Art Institute. Another building within a village is populated by Mount Ida Students. Each village has it's advantages and disadvantages. In the east village, students have greater amounts of storage in the form of bookshelves available to them. In South village, students are able to control their heat. The buildings of South Village are also newer in comparison to East Village. The best village by far is West Village where Pine Manor students are not given the option to live. Since last year, living conditions have improved. The cleaning staff appear to be more vigilant.
