There's a lot of places here like Pirates Cove, University Manor (where I live), The Bellamy, and 33 East. They're roommate based and all furnished and everything

Depending on your apartments, yes. Where I live is 410 a month including everything except electricity, even furniture. So that comes to about 2500 per semester, I pay for mine completely with financial aid.
