Recently upgraded iMacs and a very fast internet connection. Software updates tend to run about 1-2 years behind the state of the art.

Mostly military. As a veteran myself it'd be nice to experience a different group of people. A lot of jobless students just living off the GI Bill. Nothing wrong with that, but there seems to be a general malaise to the place.

Generally pretty flexible. A lot of power rests with the teachers for individual decisions, such as taking a few days off for a life event.

Very small class sizes and nearly all teachers have respectable industry experience. Poor facilities and location are a real drain for long term enrollment here.

Can always count on the professor's as well as assistants to give you information on any thing you need as well as administration and financial aid

The fact that all the class I am currently taking are relevant to my career choice and doesn't deviate too much you are faced with shirt deadlines at times but with the design industry these deadlines are more than generous

It's a very small campus, so you won't find many resources as you would with a typical college campus, but they do have enough to keep you comfortable. There are plenty of patio chairs and tables around for students to sit around in, the library is small, but cozy, and there are plenty of convenience stores around within walking distance.

The typical student is someone who's just graduated from high school, or has some college credit under their belt. It's a very open-minded and diverse community; there are definitely different kinds of personalities at my school, and everybody respects one another.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Though I've had little experience talking with my school's Financial Aid, from my few encounters with them, they were very informative and helpful with my general questions, and they wanted to make sure I understood everything.

I really like what they offer as in terms to classes. I would like them to add a particle class but all in all, a wonderful school.

I really like my school. I feel very comfortable here and feel that I am valued as a student and have accessibility to computers and teachers if I have a question or if I need to finish up an assignment.

Excellent School – Platt College San Diego is an exciting and excellent school. It is a very small school, which works perfectly for me. There is allot of hands on experience, and due to the small class sizes it is easy to get the professors help when needed, unlike many traditional universities. Overall, it has been a great experience so far.

we have portfolio classes that help us make our own resume and put our work in a journal that is given to us by the school. Where then we can show at a job interview and know what to do
