Interviews & Information Sessions

Information sessions are held year round and are offered Monday through Friday at 11 a.m. from Sept. 14 to May 14, excluding Dec. 5 and 6, Dec. 31 through Jan. 3, Jan. 30 and 31, and May 1 and 2. Information sessions are offered Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. from May 18 until Sept. 11. Information sessions are also offered on Saturdays at 12 p.m. from Sept. 14 until Dec. 4. To schedule an interview, contact the admissions office at least three weeks in advance at (909) 621-8134.

Campus Tours

Tours are available throughout most of the year and usually last about an hour. From mid-May until mid-September, tours are offered Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. From mid-September until early December, tours are offered Monday through Friday at 10 a.m., 12p.m., and 1:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 1 p.m. Throughout most of December, tours are offered Monday through Friday at 12 p.m. From the end of December until the end of January, tours are held Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. From the beginning of February until the end of April, tours are held Monday through Friday at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. From early to mid-May, tours are held Monday through Friday at 12 p.m. Go to http://www.pomona.edu/admissions/visiting/home.asp for clarification about the tour schedule.

Overnight Visits

Prospective students in their senior year of high school can arrange to stay overnight. Overnight visits can only be scheduled when class is in session, and prospective students must call at least two weeks in advance. These students will be given temporary IDs and meal passes, and may accompany their hosts to class or choose other classes to attend from a list in the Office of Admissions. Visits cannot be scheduling in the period before exams or during any breaks.
