Typical Online Lecture - Single Day
A typical online class lecture is usually a condensed version of the chapter's key points and can include a PowerPoint presentation or other related links. The group interaction in the online class entails a discussion assignment that typically has a mid-week deadline. Actively participating in the discussion board is a requirement for all of the online classes offered at Post University. Each online class has one or two weekly discussion questions that students must post answers to in the online forum. In addition to posting an answer to each discussion question, students are typically required to respond to at least two other discussion posts. The discussion assignment equates to a portion of the final grade so it is very important to complete in its entirety.
Typical Online Course - Start to Finish
The online workload at Post University is very challenging as the curriculum is condensed to eight-week modules. A midterm exam or research project, as well as a final exam and a final research paper, are the usual requirements for each online class. Online students access their courses via Blackboard. Tech support is readily available to assist each student if the need arises.
