To be considered, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. The Post University Presidential Scholarship is an academic achievement–based scholarship with a renewable award in the amount of $8,000 per year. To be considered, students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5. The Post Scholarship is also an achievement–based scholarship with a renewable award in the amount of $6,000 per year. This is awarded for leadership qualities as demonstrated through participation in various service organizations. To be considered, a minimum GPA of 2.0 is required. Post University also offers athletic awards. Students must contact the head coach of the sport they are interested in for precise information on how to qualify.
After applying to Post University, students should file their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine if they are eligible for additional need-based loans or grants. Students say that the process is relatively easy. Post University’s financial aid specialists assist each student by developing a comprehensive individualized plan for college funding through scholarships, federal aid, loans, work-study, and payment plans. Post University also offers ROTC scholarships, which allow military students the opportunity to earn a college degree while serving in the U.S Army, Army National Guard, or Army Reserve.
