I still have not been to Prescott to find this out, but I am excited to!

There is a variety of off-campus dining options near Prescott College. However, always check on how late they are open. I was surprised to find many places closed at 8 or 9 p.m.

Prescott is a relatively small town (40,000) but has a fairly wide range of restaurants. There's fast food, fine dining, and inbetween. Everything is pretty close together, so dining out is convenient. My favorites include The Raven Cafe, The Liquor Deli (best pizza in town), and Bill's Grill. Hugo's has the best Mexican food, and El Gato Azul is excellent but pricey.

Here in Prescott, there is almost nowhere to eat that is close to campus. When you leave class or the library with a serious appetite, you have to walk a ways to get to anything tasty and within a student's price range. If it's before 2pm, Sue Anne's Apple Pan is the best! The waitresses are so friendly, the apple-theme decor is charming, and the food is easy on your wallet. Did I mention it's delicious comfort food? The only other place close to campus where I would recommend eating is Hugo's, a Mexican dive with lots of character and an outdoor patio. They host Taco Tuesdays, when they offer a wide variety of tasty little tacos for a great deal. The dining scene in Prescott leaves something to be desired, especially if you're on a tight budget, like most students.

I don't go out much to eat due to financial reasons, but when I have the food has been OK at an OK price. There are not dozens of college-friendly restaurants but if you search hard enough you will find what you are looking for...
