Overall ExperienceWhat's This?

Looking back on their time at PC leaves students glowing with fond memories. Most appreciate the stimulating academics and whirlwind social scene that PC offers. While the occasional person complains that it is too much of the same thing, a copious number of students say that they couldn’t imagine being anywhere else, and if they had to do it all over again, they would absolutely make the same choice to come to PC. The overwhelming majority look on their time spent at PC as a phenomenal learning experience that has helped them develop into the intellectually, emotionally, and socially well-rounded beings that they are today.

The brilliance of the education at PC is that it extends itself outside of the classroom. A student's experience at PC can be anything that they want to make it. If you want to focus on academics, you can, and you will find a group of people who feel exactly the same way you do. If you want an education in socializing or just want your college years to be the wild and crazy ones you’ve heard they can be, PC has that, too. Most students come to PC ready to work and ready to have fun—as long as you are open-minded, PC will give you everything you desire.

I love PC! It is the only place I want to be. I know this sounds so cheesy, but it has shaped me to be who I am today. It has done everything for me that a college should do for a student. I have made wonderful, caring friends and have established myself, and I feel totally comfortable here. If I could give any advice, it would be to come and take a tour of the school. See the students and meet the students. You will have a chance to see how happy they are, and you will want to come to PC, too!

I never once for one second felt that I made a wrong decision choosing Providence. There were hard moments beginning freshman year (everyone has a breakdown now and then, but overall, I made the best friends I always heard that I would make in college. I want my future kids to go to PC!

I cannot imagine my life had I not come to PC. Between what I have learned, both academically and personally, and the people I have met, I cannot say enough good things about this school—just that I am so happy that I chose to come to PC.
