Ladies and gentlemen, the consensus is in: no matter who or what you're attracted to, you'll be able to find it at Purdue. The girls come out the definite winners; with about one-and-a-half men to each woman, the odds are in your favor, ladies. And it seems that the ratio is not the only thing going for you; according to Purdue's female population, the men aren't too hard on the eyes. Gentlemen, Purdue is not without its share of female beauties. After all, the former Miss Indiana and her first runner-up were both students of Purdue, and a jaunt past any sorority house will show you that, indeed, pretty women are everywhere. Don't think of the unfair girl-to-guy ratio as a deterrent; instead, think of it as a challenge.
While Purdue does not appear to host the sexiest population in the Big Ten, students will say that, overall, people are rather attractive. An underlying grumble about Abercrombie & Fitch wearers permeates this agreement (alongside the eternal complaint that anybody worth looking at is already taken), but it seems that there are plenty of down-to-earth, straight-shooting students to offset the preppy population. The author's final thought? On a campus of 30,000 people your own age, it is mathematically certain that you will find at least one of these other students attractive.
