Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

There are several residence hall options on campus. Most halls are single-gender only with suite-style living arrangements. There is also one co-ed dorm, as well as one building designed for married student housing. Student rooms are generally doubles, and they are furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk for each student.

Individuals must take their trash to the central trash can in their hallway or the main dumpster just outside their residential building. Allowing trash to haphazardly collect or deliberate littering can result in sanctions for the individual and/or all residents of a hallway so scrutinized.

I LOVE THIS PLACE

I love the community in my dorm building. The people are just fantastic so willing to look out for one another. And the teachers are actually interested in your life. I absolutely love the atmosphere that Rochester College Holds. The size is perfect too. I'm so happy I made this choice.

Ferndale Hall

I have my own room in Ferndale hall and it's really nice. These dorms are for mostly upperclassmen but you still get to interact with different students around campus.

Living on Campus

The housing options for Rochester College is adequate. The dorms aren't the nicest but they are spacious to other dorm rooms that I have seen. There is housing for underclassmen and there is housing for upperclassmen. The housing for upperclassmen is much nicer than the underclassmen arrangements. However, the housing for upperclassmen is farther away from the classroom buildings.
