The Difficulty Is Not Finding Apartments, but Finding Roommates

As far as I know, Rochester College doesn't help with any off campus payments. Also, each student must abide by specific rules as to whom their roommates are, no opposite genders living together, no partying, etc. There seems to be a pretty good availability of housing options nearby, in good neighborhoods, fairly affordable as long as you have a job.

Apartments Are Available, but...

Apartments are available but particularly for traditional undergraduates, you are going to need at least one roommate to help split costs. Be wary of the length of leases allowed and if/when your roommates are poised to move out when school is out for the year. Costs are about par for the upper midwest, suburban metro Detroit.
