You seem like you hate it here, maybe you should leave. Also, maybe the reason you're not finding friends here is because you have it within you to actually take the time to write this extremely cowardly sstorm on the internet. Did you even hear yourself? Every mean thing above literally pertains to you. This is the saddest way to be mean to people (who you probably don't even know) by doing it in secret ON THE INTERNET. You don't just s on these two organizations, you just seem to hate everyone in general. I have had the BEST experience EVER at rollins, and guess what?! I have NEVER written anything like what you just wrote, and I'm mad that I'm even responding to you like this but I hope you know that this is pathetic, you are pathetic, I hope no one you have ever badmouthed behind the safety of your computer screen EVER has to suffer meeting you in person. Seriously: LEAVE. TRANSFER. GO. Open your eyes to the fact that YOU are the problem that you have been complaining about. You hate it here, no one seems to really want you here, so just remove yourself from the situation and BAM problem solved. Don't f* with potential students opinions about our amazing school by spewing this PSYCHOBABBLE. Seriously, NO ONE CARES. Please, please, PLEASE erase yourself from this incredible college before you hurt any more feelings. OH YEAH and one more thing: GO F* YOURSELF. PEACE.

What a vicious post. Someone with this much time to document their assumptions and stereotypes about groups full of such unique people is clearly bored and misinformed. Try meeting people and putting yourself out there rather than bashing groups of people you know nothing about. How embarrassing. You’re clearly looking for some attention.

I think this is an utterly misconstrued message and I would like it to be taken down. I understand there maybe some people in these fraternities and sororities that are bothersome to you, but it rash to overall generalize and bash both PhiDelt and Kappa. I am a member of neither, and I am still flabbergasted by this comment. In this message, I see past the hatred you write, and openly can tell that during rush perhaps you weren't well liked by one of the two, perhaps not social enough or rubbed them the wrong way. Regardless, what you have said is undeserved, and if you think differently--of which I'm certain you do--then feel free to inbox me on this site.

I love the fact that, you expressed how ridiculous and unnecessary of a person you are. You have no rights to talk about other people like that. You can be a anti-social keyboard maniac but I don't think that gives you right to express your biased opinion to potential students. Regarding phi delt and Kappa, it seems like you could not get in to their "cool" group. First of all, you degraded yourself by the descriptions you have made. Secondly, dont make it obvious that you are total looser... And lastly go screw yourself... ( Do it right though)

In addition to that, I do not think Rollins has bad reputation because of people who are living wealthy life style. I think it has that kind of reputation because pu**ies like you exaggerate everything and corrupt other people's minds. There are so many people from various financial background and nobody cares about anybody's money. So I suggest you keep your jealousy to yourself.

I highly suggest you keep your opinions to yourself and stop corrupting minds of potential students. Your info is available for people to see. People on campus could easily find out who you are. To avoid confrontation from students I suggest you take this slanderous comment down. All fraternities and sororities on campus are in trouble and this is degrading our greek life system even further. As a student at rollins I am embarrassed that you would degrade our school this way. MESSAGE TO PERSPECTIVE STUDENTS: THIS IS NOT ROLLINS. ROLLINS IS A GREAT SCHOOL AND HAS MANY GENEROUS PEOPLE WITHIN IT. GREEK LIFE IS A MAJOR COMPONENT TO HELPING OUT THE COMMUNITY. TO SAY THESE ORGANIZATIONS ARE BAD IS ABSURD BECAUSE THEY DO MANY PHILANTHROPY AND COMMUNITY SERVICE EVENTS. SO MY QUESTION TO YOU ROLLINSSTUDENT4 IS HOW MANY HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE HAVE YOU DONE THIS SEMESTER?

Rollinsstudent4 I have friends who are in these organizations, and I do not think they even care about people like you because they have more thinks to worry about.You think you did something to hurt these organizations? Let me tell you something, you made them look better and I bet my friends are thanking you for that. Everybody knows, greek life is major component of the campus and it also seems like you are one of the people who make up lies about them so thank you so much... Posts like that makes us look better!!!

KKG lost their house two weeks ago, and as of this week they are no longer a sorority at Rollins. Justice was served. Behavior like that is unacceptable at a school like Rollins. They had it coming. How embarrassing for those girls, but even more so how embarrassing for Rollins. They set a bad example for Rollins students, and I think that without them, Rollins will now be a better place.

Dear Sir or Madame,

This is not the appropriate forum for an obviously personal attack upon two of the most prominent Greek organizations on our campus. If you have a grievance, be it with Phi Delt or Kappa, you should discuss it with them in person and not hide behind a computer screen. This website is intended to provide a non-partisan assessment of colleges and universities from the students themselves not as an arena to express your anger that rush did not go as you wished. As a member of Phi Delt I can assure you that between community service, philanthropy, and of course social life we give more to this college then you will ever will. Please rethink your opinions, and especially the way that you articulate them, in the future.

It is very sad to see an active student of rollins college trashing the school and its social scene in such a public way. As a pledge of KKG this year I can assure anyone that KKG is in fact a legitimate sisterhood who care about one another. All of the sororities and fraternities have different personalities but in no way will a KKG or phi delt member ever try to hurt you or intentionally try to intimidate you.During rush week KKG was one of the most outgoing and welcoming groups I met which was the reason why I liked them. Greek life is great on campus and they are all very welcoming/ not elitist.

Why do you even go there if you hate it so much? All you do is complain and you're the one being judgmental calling people coke whores

In response to your reactions, I have plans to transfer next year. You should be thankful for my reviews because most people are too afraid to give such honest opinions. I apologize if it offended you, but what I said was the truth. I plan to enjoy college at a bigger, less judgmental school. If you decide to attend Rollins, you will have a better understanding. It is a very challenging environment, and it definitely isn't for good people like me. :) Good luck to you both!!!

Leila, you should never base your opinion on what your friends think. Maybe try to form your own opinion and gain some personal experience before you try to form an argument. I have made many great friends at Rollins. And you can make genuine friends there too!! I have been able to compare my personal experience with Rollins greek life to friends of mine from high school, and greek life for them has been way more fun and way less problematic. I'm not transferring because I haven't made friends, I'm transferring because I disagree with the morals of the overall Rollins environment. You will understand next year, sweetheart.

just an observation: sounds like someone rushed and didn't get a bid anywhere. that would explain a lot, because you care about this stuff WAY more than someone whos not a part of it should. it's creepy how much time you spend thinking about greek life here and trying to tear it down. when you're at your next school, try and spend less time writing this kind of s* and more time meeting people. actually that might get you in more trouble. stay in your room.
