- Alumni trips and reunions are big events for members of the Alumni Association. Reunion dinners are held during Homecoming season. April is Alumni Month, and special events are held during that time for graduates, faculty, staff, and current students.

- Sac State Alum: The Alumni Association's newsletter is published three times a year and is free to association members. It informs readers about campus events, and other alumni.
