As is the case with any colllege in America, you'll see your share of drugs and alcohol at Saint Leo. The drug scene does not really pressure the uninterested students though. Drugs are somewhat easy to obtain for those that want them, but they are rarely seen out in the open, and they are not a problem. The most common ones are the same as anywhere else: alcohol and marijuana.
For many people, college equals drinking. And at a small college in The Middle of Nowhere, Central Florida, you need to find things to pass the time. The campus is wet, but only in certain areas. You are allowed to drink in your room as long as everyone is at least 21 and your roommates have signed a wet-room contract. Watch out though, because if you don't abide by their rules, RAs here will not hesitate to rain on your parade by crashing your party and dumping out every last drop of alcohol they find. The penalties for underage drinking usually wind up being mandatory alcohol awareness classes and a few points on your record, enough of which can lead to punishments such as academic probation and community service. Being caught with marijuana or other drugs, however, could warrant anywhere from 8 to 12 points and possibly get you kicked out of school.

No Peer Pressure
Just users who like it, and others who oppose it. Everyone still gets along.

It Happens
Drugs and drinking happens because it is a college campus, but there's not much peer pressure. People usually respect the fact that you're not interested.
