Headache

Getting one's financial aid settled is not the easiest. You bascially get three different statements depending on who you go to because what information they can see on the computer. You literally have to fight to get things done. Some students have to leave because their financial aid does not get through.

The Financial Aid Department is the only department that is absolutely aggrivating in all of Saint Leo. They are either extremely helpful or they are absolute Crap!

Slim to None

As a freshman student, I thought that 80% of my tuition would've been financial aide, but it was not meant to be. A couple of months into the school year my parents got a fee for half of my tuition, when my advisor told me explicitly that i would get around 80% of my tuition payed. Overall the financial aide at this university is a JOKE.

It is extremely rare that someone will not be able to attend Saint Leo due a financial aid issue. However, it does happen. Truth be told, it is quite a hassle dealing with the financial aid office. Obviously, each situation is different depending on the student and their family life, but most of the aid students receive comes according to the effort they put into recieving it.
