The parking lot are horrendous. It is very inconvenient since there are never any available. The plus side is there are a lot of apartments available in the vicinity. it easy to get to the campus and with the shuttle running for 24hours, getting there shouldnt be a problemAlso, SPU is fairly close to the pathtrain to new york which is a a plus.

A lot of students choose to stay off campus in apartments with friends. The landlords are aware most of the people that occupy the dorms are students. The apartments are clean and usually have a large living room to entertain guest and separate rooms for the occupants. I plan on moving off campus my junior year with a group of friends of mine. The apartments are close to Journal Square shopping center and a quick train ride away from the big apple.

The housing around the area varies a lot, but there's many places close to the school that have decent rent for students. Many houses put a limit as to how many people can live in the apartment, but for the freedom of coming and going with having guests whenever, I'd definitely say it's worth it.

Easy Place to Live! Jersey city is cheap place to live in compared to any other cities and states in the USA. It is very easy to find apartments for rent. However, it may be difficult to find an apartment close to the college. The closest one to the college is 15 minutes away which is not bad at all.

I Live in the City – I work in Newark, New Jersey and attended school in Jersey City, New Jersey. I live in Queens, NY so I can not speak to the off-campus housing.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
