Unknown may apply. Applicants must have completed at least three years of high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA during the last two years and enroll as full-time undergraduate students. Applicants must also have been members of the Ice Skating Institute (ISI) and have participated in the ISI Recreational Skater Program for at least four years, have participated in ISI competitions or classes within the last two years, and have completed 240 hours of verified service, with 120 hours volunteered. Applicants must also submit two evaluation forms and an essay of 500 words or less explaining why they should receive the award.
