Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

At Shenandoah, there are plenty of different economic backgrounds, religions, and sexualities visible on campus, and every single one of these categories is well respected and respects others in return. Ethnic minorities and international students sometimes roam around campus, almost as if they are lost. Many students are well-mannered and guide these students around campus. Occasionally, there will be a select few who have a short temper with these students because of an accent or language barrier. Otherwise, the tolerance toward these students is quite manageable.

There are clubs for different ethnicities, too. One club is called the BSU club, or the Black Student Union. This club holds parties on the weekends, often with a DJ. This club also holds male auctions for fundraising. BSU is well represented around campus, and generally this group is known for holding the best on-campus get-togethers.
